DECEMBER 2022 PROMOTION

  1. Offer: We are running an offer (the “Offer”) for December 2022, available to new and existing customers on the terms set out below (the “Terms”). By signing up for the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms. 
    We are offering one month free on subscriptions for Curve X, Curve Black,Curve Metal and Samsung Pay + Premium (a “Premium Subscription”), if, during the Offer Period, you: sign up for Curve or Samsung Pay + as a new customer and take out a monthly Premium Subscription; or are an existing customer and take out a monthly Premium Subscription or upgrade to a higher tier of monthly Premium Subscription (for instance, from Curve Black to Curve Metal).

  2. Offer Period: The Offer is available during the Offer Period which starts at 17:00:01 on the 19th of December 2022 and finishes at 23:59:59 GMT on the 30th December 2022. 

  3. Eligible customers: This Offer is available to residents of the United Kingdom and countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) who are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of Curve UK Limited, Curve Europe UAB, Curve Credit Limited, Curve US Inc., and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the offer. Curve accepts no liability for users who do not qualify for the Offer. 

  4. Curve Account: You accept the relevant terms and conditions applicable for signing up to a Curve account and for taking out or upgrading to a Premium Subscription or Curve Metal subscription, which can be found here. Curve does not bear any liability if for any reason you are not able to upgrade or activate your Curve card or if there are delays for any reason including being unable to verify your account. Curve accepts no liability for incomplete account upgrades or activations.

  5. Existing subscriptions: The Offer only applies to new or upgraded subscriptions by new or existing customers. The Offer is not available on existing Premium Subscriptions (unless you are upgrading your Premium Subscription tier).

  6. End of Offer: At the end of the Offer, the standard price for the Premium Subscription will apply.  

  7. Other promotions: Curve may determine in its sole discretion that the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer by Curve.

  9. Disqualification: Any person persistently trying to circumvent the Terms will be immediately disqualified. Any person who creates or attempts to create duplicate Curve accounts to obtain entries into the offer will be in-eligible, including any person who cancels an existing Curve Account and signs up for a new one to take advantage of the offer. Curve reserves the right to disqualify customers where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of signing up using the Offer.

  10. Suspending or amending the offer/Terms: Curve retains the right to amend these Terms and/or the offer without any prior notice. If you have already signed up for the Offer prior to the Terms being amended, any changes to the Terms will not affect the terms of that Offer. 

  11. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the Offer and your Curve account. Please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy here.

  12. Law and Jurisdiction: The Offer and these Terms are governed by English law and any legal proceedings in relation to them will be held in the English courts and by Lithuanian law and Lithuanian courts if you are a Lithuanian resident. If you are resident in an EEA country, nothing in these Terms prevents you from taking legal action in the country in which you reside.
