EASTER PROMOTION 2023

Version 1.2 - 4 April 2023

  1. Offer: We are running two offers (the “Offers”) for Spring 2023, available to new and existing customers on the terms set out below (the “Terms”). By signing up for either Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms.  

    1. Offer 1: We are offering a 20% discount for three months on subscriptions for Curve X, Curve Black, Curve Metal and Samsung Pay+ Premium (each a “Premium Subscription”), if, during the Offer Period (as defined below), you: 

      1. sign up for Curve as a new customer and take out a monthly Premium Subscription; or 

      2. are an existing customer and take out a monthly Premium Subscription or upgrade to a higher tier of monthly Premium Subscription (for instance, from Curve Black to Curve Metal).Offer Period: These Offers are available from 16:30:00 BST on the 24th of March 2023 and expire at 23:59:59 BST on the 8th April 2023 (the “Offer Period”). 

    2. Offer 2: We are offering a 20% discount for the first year on annual subscriptions for new customers who sign up for, or existing customers who upgrade to, Curve Black, Curve Metal or Samsung Pay+ Premium during the Offer Period. This represents a 33% discount versus paying for Curve Black, Curve Metal or Samsung Pay+ Premium on a monthly basis for the next year. 

  2. Eligible customers: These Offers are available to residents of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA) who are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, Curve UK Limited, Curve Europe UAB, Curve Credit Limited, Curve US Inc., and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the offer. Curve accepts no liability for users who do not qualify for Offer. 

  3. Curve Account: You accept the relevant terms and conditions applicable for signing up to a Curve account and for taking out or upgrading to a different Premium Subscription, which can be found here or if you are a Samsung Pay+ user here. Curve does not bear any liability if for any reason you are not able to upgrade or activate your Curve card or if there are delays for any reason including being unable to verify your account. Curve accepts no liability for incomplete account upgrades or activations.

  4. Existing subscriptions: The Offers only apply to new or upgraded subscriptions by new or existing customers. Offer 1 is not available on existing Premium Subscriptions (unless you are upgrading your Premium Subscription tier). Offer 2 is not available to customers who already have a Curve Metal subscription.

  5. End of Offer: At the end of the Offer Period, the standard price for the Premium Subscription or annual Curve Black, Curve Metal or Samsung Pay+ Premium subscription will apply.  

  6. Other promotions: Curve may determine in its sole discretion that the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer by Curve. Please note Offer 1 and Offer 2 cannot be redeemed at the same time.

  7. Protection: FSCS protection does not apply to the funds held on your Curve Cash Card. To learn more about how we protect your funds and how we minimise your risk, go here. More information can be found on the FCA website itself, here.

  8. Disqualification: Any person persistently trying to circumvent the Terms will be immediately disqualified. Any person who creates or attempts to create duplicate Curve accounts to obtain entries into the offer will be in-eligible, including any person who cancels an existing Curve Account and signs up for a new one to take advantage of either of the offers. Curve reserves the right to disqualify customers where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of signing up using either of the Offers.

  9. Suspending or amending the Offers/Terms: Curve retains the right to amend these Terms and/or the Offers without any prior notice. If you have already signed up for an Offer prior to the Terms being amended, any changes to the Terms will not affect the terms of that Offer. 

  10. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the Offers and your Curve account. Please see the Curve’s Privacy Policy here.

  11. Law and Jurisdiction: The Offers and these Terms are governed by English law and any legal proceedings in relation to them will be held in the English courts if you are a UK resident and by Lithuanian law and Lithuanian courts if you are a Lithuanian resident. If you are resident in a different EEA country, nothing in these Terms prevents you from taking legal action in the country in which you reside.

The Curve Card and the e-money related to these cards is issued in the UK by Curve UK Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to issue electronic money (firm reference number 900926).
