HUAWEI PROMO - SEPTEMBER 2023

  1. Offer: We are running an offer (the “Offer”) for available to new and existing Huawei customers on the terms set out below (the “Terms”). By signing up for the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms.  

Offer: 

We are offering a one month subscription free by way of reimbursement to Curve Cash, details for which can be found here, for Curve X and Curve Black (a “Premium Subscription”), if, during the Offer Period, you: 

  1. sign up for Curve as a new customer and take out a monthly Premium Subscription; or 

  2. are an existing customer and take out a monthly Premium Subscription or upgrade to a higher tier of monthly Premium Subscription (for instance, from Curve X to Curve Black). 

  1. Offer Period: The Offer is available during the Offer Period which starts at 17:00:00 GMT on the 14th of September 2023 and finishes at 23:59:59 GMT on the 28th of September 2023. 

  2. Eligible customers: The Offer is available to residents of the United Kingdom and countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) who are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, Curve UK Limited, Curve Europe UAB, Curve Credit Limited, Curve US Inc., and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the offer. Curve accepts no liability for users who do not qualify for Offer. 

  3. Curve Account: You accept the relevant terms and conditions applicable for signing up to a Curve account and for taking out or upgrading to a Premium Subscription, which can be found here. Curve does not bear any liability if for any reason you are not able to upgrade or activate your Curve card or if there are delays for any reason including being unable to verify your account. Curve accepts no liability for incomplete account upgrades or activations.

  4. Existing subscriptions: The Offer only applies to new or upgraded subscriptions by new or existing customers as described in paragraph 1 above. The Offer is not available on existing Premium Subscriptions (unless you are upgrading your Premium Subscription tier).

  5. End of Offer: Subject to the Offer, the standard price for the Premium Subscription or annual subscription will apply. You may not downgrade your subscription for 6 months after availing of the Offer.

  6. Other promotions: Curve may determine in its sole discretion that the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer by Curve.

  8. Disqualification: Any person persistently trying to circumvent the Terms will be immediately disqualified. Any person who creates or attempts to create duplicate Curve accounts to obtain entries into the offer will be in-eligible, including any person who cancels an existing Curve Account and signs up for a new one to take advantage of either of the offers. Curve reserves the right to disqualify customers where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of signing up using the Offer.

  9. Suspending or amending the offers/Terms: Curve retains the right to amend these Terms and/or the Offer without any prior notice. If you have already signed up for the Offer prior to the Terms being amended, any changes to the Terms will not affect the terms of the Offer. 

  10. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the Offers and your Curve account. Please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy here.

  11. Law and Jurisdiction: The Offer and these Terms are governed by English law and any legal proceedings in relation to them will be held in the English courts and by Lithuanian law and Lithuanian courts if you are a Lithuanian resident. If you are resident in an EEA country, nothing in these Terms prevents you from taking legal action in the country in which you reside.
